The economics

Three tiers. Recurring margin at every level. No annual fee.

Tier is determined by active engagement count, not by paid fee. Margin scales with tier and applies to every dollar of FORGE MRR — including renewals and second-POD upsells. There is no cliff at renewal and no cap on what you can earn.

Tier upgrades trigger automatically when an active engagement count threshold is sustained for two consecutive quarters. Platinum performance bonus is $10K for any year with six or more closed FORGE deals. SPARK Workshop margin matches FORGE margin at every tier.
